Account Deletion

1. How to delete your account
Users may delete their StepperDating.com account inside the app by following these steps:
Settings → Account → Delete Account
The app will ask you to confirm before deletion is completed.
2. What happens when you delete your account
When you delete your account, HouseHeadDating will remove or anonymize, where legally permitted:
- Profile information
- Profile photos
- Bio and personal details
- Matches
- Messages
- Likes, vibes, favorites, and reactions
- Reports connected to your account
- Blocked-user records
- Verification status
- Notification preferences
- Age-gate and policy acceptance records
3. What may be retained
Some limited information may be retained where necessary for:
- Legal compliance
- Fraud prevention
- Safety investigations
- Payment/subscription records
- Enforcement of Community Guidelines
- Protection against abuse, scams, or banned-user reentry
4. Subscription cancellation
Deleting your StepperDating.com account does not automatically cancel any active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Users must cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID or Google Play account.

6. Processing time
Most in-app deletion requests are processed immediately. Manual support requests may take a reasonable period of time to verify and complete.
